The Unique Concept offers advice for weddings and events. I work with you from the beginning of the process, creating budgets, drawing up schedules, finding locations and delivering personalized vendor suggestions. The Unique Concept will be the main contact for the vendors involved and I will manage the entire planning process from start to finish. You just have to enjoy!

Introduction meeting:

During the introduction meeting The Unique Concept will listen to your plans and wishes. Using a checklist and in-depth knowledge of local vendors, I will create a clear picture of what your options look like. After this meeting, The Unique Concept will produce a made-to-measure proposal and price estimate for you. Once the tasks are clear, I will draft the final agreement and start the planning the event!

Styling and Advices

Communication is key to a memorable wedding

If you have chosen The Unique Concept to be your wedding planner, full or partial, I will advise, select, make appointments and visit the location(s) together with you.

I will implement all the necessary details, coordinate the progress and take care of the full budget monitoring developments in mutual agreement. I will also make the script and the schedule for the event, monitoring at all times and keep you in the loop with developments as they arise.

I know how important it is to have everything go according to plan, even if it means plans changing. That's why I am always available to you in case you have any questions along the way. During the whole planning process, The Unique Concept will keep in touch as often as needed, by phone, Skype or email. Close contact is a must and all decisions can only be made with approval from the couple. On the day of the wedding, as ussual I will be present with a professional team (assistants if applicable) according to the number of guests. The Wedding Planner takes on the role of Master of Ceremony (or Day-of Coordinator) to make sure that your dream, your wedding, becomes reality!

Master of Ceremony (MOC)

Often this task is assigned to a family member or friend of the couple; however, I’d like our couples to consider allowing all guests to enjoy the day stress free and to outsource this task to a professional.

During the introduction meeting I will discuss all possibilities and whether or not there is a need for The Unique Concept to be the MOC during the wedding or event. The coordination of this planning will be done according to your own script and all actions during the preparation will be done by you. About a month before the day of the wedding, I will plan a second meeting.

During the second meeting we will go through the script once more and make some final adjustments when and if necessary. We prefer to have the second meeting at the wedding venue so that we can meet with the floor or event manager and resolve logistical challenges early.

On the day of the wedding, your Master of Ceremonies (with our coordinator if applicable) will be present to attend to you and your guests according to the script you have made. I will be the personal assistant to you and host your guests, along with being the contact person for all the suppliers and staff of the venue. Styling and Advice

When a couple is ready to begin the process of planning their wedding, we start with a 2.5 hour wedding consultation. The Unique Concept will discuss all your plans and pinpoint which part(s) needs consultation.

This way I can hear what you want and then advise you on a specific theme, a color scheme, a schedule for the day and/or how to draft the script and time planning. There could also be questions about the budget.”…Questions about budgeting and execution of the plans can be addressed with The Unique Concept’s independent, comprehensive and experienced review.

This package is for the bride and groom that need a wedding planner to meet them in the middle of their wedding planning process. You have already chosen some of your vendors, but you need help completing your vendor search and finishing all of your wedding planning for your wedding day. We can jump in at any point of your wedding planning process and ensure that you have a flawless wedding day.Price begins at €1,850,-

Silver Package - Day Of Wedding Coordinator

This wedding package is for the bride and groom who already have the majority of the wedding planning in place, but not perfectly pieced together. All that you need is some help putting everything in place and a helping hand on the day of your wedding for your ceremony and reception. We offer coordination services for the day of your wedding, so that you can relax and enjoy your special day. Price begins at €1,350,-
